Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

  • Refurbished Products: Covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Refurbished Products: Covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Pre-Loved Refurbished Products: Covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact EO Distribution’s customer support team. You will need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) along with a detailed description of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or tampering.
  • Installation of non-approved software or firmware.
  • Exposure to liquids.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.

Void Warranty Conditions

The warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with, unauthorized parts have been used, or unauthorized repairs have been attempted.

Resolution of Warranty Claims

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, EO Distribution will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

EO Distribution’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to the Warranty Policy

EO Distribution reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

Personal Data Removal

Before returning any electronic device, customers are responsible for removing all personal data. Failure to do so may delay processing.


Postage Policy

We strive to ensure prompt and reliable shipping within the UK.

Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

UK Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

Shipping Method

  • All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking information provided upon dispatch.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

VIP Membership Policy

Effective Date: 12 March 2025

Eligibility

  • The VIP programme is open to anyone who registers through the EO Distribution website.
  • EO Distribution reserves the right to approve or deny membership at its discretion.

Membership Benefits

  • Special discounts and promotions.
  • Automatic entry into exclusive giveaways hosted by EO Distribution.

Prize Redemption

  • Prizes won through giveaways or promotions are non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
  • Prizes will be distributed within one week of the last monthly giveaway.
  • Winners of EO Giveaways must claim their prize within 30 days of the announcement. If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be re-entered into the next monthly live draw, giving other participants another chance to win.

Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their VIP membership at any time.
  • Cancelling a VIP membership forfeits all benefits and removal from the live draws.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

General Provisions

  • EO Distribution reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP programme at any time.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
  • By enrolling in the VIP programme, members agree to abide by these terms. Non-compliance may result in the loss of membership privileges.

VVIP Membership Policy

Eligibility for Free Phone Upgrade

  • The member must have purchased the phone they wish to upgrade from EO Distribution.
  • An active VVIP membership must be maintained for 12 consecutive months.

Upgrade Conditions

  • Members are eligible for an upgrade to any available phone model from EO Distribution, excluding the latest manufacturer release.
  • The upgrade can only be claimed during or after the 12th month of continuous membership.

Membership Cancellation

  • Cancelling a VVIP membership forfeits all benefits, including eligibility for the free upgrade.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments made before cancellation.

Prizes and Awards

  • Any prizes awarded as part of VVIP benefits are final and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Prizes will be awarded within 7 days of the monthly live draw.

General Terms

  • EO Distribution reserves the right to modify the terms of the VVIP programme.
  • Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any changes.
  • Winners of EO Giveaways must claim their prize within 30 days of the announcement. If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be re-entered into the next monthly live draw, giving other participants another chance to win.
