Once received, devices are inspected by our technicians to verify condition, functionality and specification.

If a device differs from the information originally supplied, a revised valuation may be offered.

Customers will be contacted before any revised valuation is processed.

By submitting a device for trade-in, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the device.
• The device is not reported lost or stolen.
• The device is free from outstanding finance agreements.
• All personal data, passwords and accounts have been removed.
• Activation locks such as Find My iPhone, Google Device Protection or Samsung account locks have been disabled.

EO Distribution reserves the right to reject any trade-in device that does not meet these requirements.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Customers should back up and remove all personal data from any device before sending it to EO Distribution.

EO Distribution accepts no responsibility for personal data remaining on devices received for trade-in, repair or return.
