**VVIP Membership Policy**

1. Eligibility for Free Phone Upgrade
1.1. To qualify for the free phone upgrade, the VVIP member must have purchased the phone they wish to upgrade from EO.
1.2. The free upgrade is available only after maintaining an active VVIP membership for a continuous period of 12 months without any breaks.
2. Upgrade Conditions
2.1. Members are eligible for an upgrade to any phone model available from EO, except for the latest phone released by the manufacturer.
2.2. The phone upgrade can only be claimed during or after the 12th month of continuous membership.
3. Membership Cancellation
3.1. If a member cancels their VVIP membership, all benefits, including the free upgrade eligibility, will be forfeited.
3.2. There will be no refunds for any payments made prior to the cancellation of the membership.
4. Prizes and Awards
4.1. Any prizes awarded as part of the VVIP membership benefits are final and cannot be exchanged for monetary value or other items.
4.2. Prizes will be awarded within 7 days from the date of the live draw, which occurs every Friday.
