At EO Distribution, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide a reliable delivery experience for all UK customers.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are typically processed and dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, such as product launches, seasonal promotions, or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended.

UK Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Method

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local delivery office.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order to help avoid delays.

International Shipping

We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature, value, availability, or courier requirements.

EO Distribution reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders where delivery is not possible.
• Use an alternative delivery service where appropriate.
• Request additional verification for high-value orders.
