Warranty & Returns

1. Warranty Coverage
EO Distribution is committed to supplying high-quality devices and providing excellent after-sales support.
All Refurbished & Certified devices purchased from EO Distribution are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase.
- Refurbished & Certified Devices: 12 Month Warranty
- Brand New Devices: Manufacturer Warranty (where applicable)
- Accessories: 30 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated
This warranty covers faults resulting from manufacturing defects or hardware failures occurring during normal use.
2. What's Covered
Subject to inspection, your warranty may cover:
- Hardware failures.
- Battery faults that occur during the warranty period.
- Charging faults.
- Speaker or microphone faults.
- Camera faults.
- Connectivity faults including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or mobile network issues.
- Software issues resulting from the original refurbishment process.
3. What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage.
- Cracked screens or glass.
- Liquid damage.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect.
- Damage caused by drops, impacts or excessive force.
- Loss or theft.
- Battery degradation caused by normal usage.
- Third-party software issues.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Devices repaired using non-genuine or incompatible parts.
4. Warranty Void Conditions
Your warranty may be void if:
- The device has been opened or repaired by an unauthorised third party.
- The device has been modified.
- Security seals have been removed or damaged.
- The device shows signs of liquid ingress.
- The device has suffered accidental or physical damage after delivery.
5. Making A Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at:
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the fault.
- Photographs or videos where applicable.
Our technicians will assess the issue and provide further instructions.
6. Warranty Resolutions
Where a valid warranty claim is approved, EO Distribution may:
- Repair the device.
- Replace the device with an equivalent model.
- Provide a partial refund.
- Provide a full refund where appropriate.
The chosen resolution will depend on stock availability, fault type and inspection results.
7. Personal Data Removal
Before returning any device, customers must:
- Back up all personal data.
- Remove passwords and screen locks.
- Disable Find My iPhone, Google Device Protection and Samsung account locks.
- Factory reset the device where possible.
EO Distribution accepts no responsibility for personal data remaining on returned devices.
Returns Policy
8. Change Of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Following cancellation, customers have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition supplied.
- Free from new damage.
- Returned with all accessories.
- Returned with original packaging where possible.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
9. Faulty Products
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us before returning the item.
We may troubleshoot the issue before authorising a return.
Products found to be faulty may be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
10. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved due to a fault, EO Distribution may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
For unwanted items returned under your cancellation rights, return postage remains the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning any item.
11. Inspection Process
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Refunds, replacements or repairs may be delayed if:
- The device is received with an activation lock.
- The device contains personal data.
- The returned item differs from the original order.
- Additional testing is required.
12. Refund Timescales
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of inspection.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
13. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights.
EO Distribution's liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the affected product.
EO Distribution shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of any product supplied.
