Our Grades

The grade tells you how a refurbished device looks. Every grade is fully functional, professionally tested, cleaned and securely data wiped.

Excellent

Minimal to no visible signs of use. The screen, housing and frame are in excellent cosmetic condition.

Very Good

Light cosmetic wear from everyday use. You may see minor scratches or marks on the screen or housing, with everything working as it should.

Good

More noticeable signs of wear, such as scratches, scuffs or marks. These cosmetic imperfections don’t affect how the device works.

What we check

Our technicians check battery performance, the display, cameras, charging, connectivity, speakers, microphones and physical buttons. Face ID and Touch ID are checked where applicable.

Devices are cleaned, securely data wiped and quality checked before dispatch. Refurbished and certified devices include a 12-month warranty; read Warranty & Returns for the cover and exclusions.
