Every device is securely packed using our eco-friendly packaging and thoroughly checked before dispatch. We take extra care to make sure your order arrives safely and in the same condition it left us.

All devices include a charging cable. Where applicable, a compatible plug may also be included. Accessories are fully compatible but may not be original manufacturer accessories.

Our grading system reflects the cosmetic condition of the device only. Every device undergoes the same rigorous testing process and is fully functional, regardless of grade.
• Excellent - Our highest grade. Devices show minimal to no signs of previous use and are in outstanding cosmetic condition. They look and perform as close to new as possible.
• Very Good - Light signs of previous use, such as minor marks on the frame or casing. Screens remain in very good condition and any wear is typically unnoticeable during everyday use.
• Good - Visible signs of previous use, including scratches, scuffs or cosmetic marks on the body. The screen may show signs of wear, but the device remains fully functional and represents excellent value for money.

Every refurbished device includes a 12-month warranty covering technical faults and hardware defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, loss, or theft.

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we’ll dispatch your device the same day. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, with tracking provided as soon as your order ships.

A refurbished device is a pre-owned device that has been professionally tested, cleaned, and checked before resale. Every device undergoes our 90-point quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards for performance, reliability, and functionality.
